01Main job purpose: The IT Officer role is responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance to internal departments, including resolving hardware/software issues, supporting internal systems and network access, and ensuring stable IT operations within the company.
Job Description:
- Receive and handle user support requests related to hardware, software, and network connectivity to ensure smooth business operations, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and network devices.
- Install and configure standard software and operating systems (primarily Windows) in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and monitor the company’s internal network infrastructure.
- Support users in accessing the intranet, corporate email, and other internal systems (if any).
- Coordinate with relevant departments and external service providers as necessary to ensure stable and efficient operation of IT systems across the company.
- Coordinate with Admin Department to manage and monitor IT assets: computers, peripherals, copyrighted software, etc.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/macOS operating systems, and LAN/Wi-Fi networks.
- Capable of identifying and resolving basic hardware and software issues on office devices.
- Basic understanding of the company’s internal systems and network infrastructure, with the ability to troubleshoot common connectivity and access issues.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive and responsible attitude.
