01Main job purpose: We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Investment Department in transaction execution and daily operations. The successful candidate will handle trade executions, ensure compliance with SSC regulations, and manage counterparty relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or junior professionals looking to build a career in fund management.
Job Description:
- Trade Execution: Execute transactions in equities, bonds, and money market instruments accurately and timely.
- Compliance: Ensure all trading activities strictly adhere to SSC regulations, internal SOPs, and relevant investment mandates.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor trade status throughout the day; prepare daily trading reports and quarterly execution performance evaluations.
- Account Management: Manage account opening processes and maintain documentation with counterparties (brokerage houses and banks).
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for counterparties regarding dealing and settlement matters.
- Operational Support: Coordinate with the Operations and Finance departments to ensure seamless trade lifecycles.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist the supervisor with ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome. Previous experience in the securities market or fund management industry is an asset.
- Language: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Skills:
- Understanding of the securities market and financial instruments.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- High attention to detail and strong numerical sensitivity.
- Personality: Responsible, hardworking, able to work under pressure, and a proactive team player with strong integrity.
