• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
• Experience:
  – Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within a Fund Management Company (FMC) or a local financial institution (e.g., Custodian Bank) or Audit Firm with significant fund operation exposure.
  – Experience in team management, project leadership, or senior review responsibilities is a plus.
• Key Competencies:
  – Technical Expertise: Good understanding of the Vietnamese securities market, Proficient in accounting regulations and financial reporting standards, Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with relevant stakeholders, Good command in English, Proficient in Excel and Word.
• – Personal Attributes: Highly responsible, adaptable, eager to learn, positive can do attitude, and strong problem solving skills.
