Vietnam\u2019s macroeconomic landscape in 2019 is depicted through the following figures:<\/p>\r\n

– GDP growth in 2019 reached 7.02% YoY, the second highest in 9 years<\/p>\r\n

– Industrial production in 2019 increased by 9.1%, decelerated along with manufacturing<\/p>\r\n

– Average PMI in 2019 is at 51.5, lower than 53.8 of 2018<\/p>\r\n

– Retail sale of goods and services maintained positive growth<\/p>\r\n

– CPI increased in the last months of the year due to the increase of food prices, especially pork<\/p>\r\n

– Trade surplus reaches a record 9.9 billion USD<\/p>\r\n

– FDI disbursement in December and the whole year reached a record<\/p>\r\n

– Credit growth in 2019 is low, below 14%<\/p>\r\n
