We are looking for disciplined, process-driven individuals who understand that successful investing requires a flawless operational backbone and rigorous data management. You will start by mastering the "unglamorous" but critical foundation of our investment process: database maintenance, administrative coordination, and meeting logistics. Success in this role is defined by accuracy, reliability, and the ability to automate routine tasks.

(English) – Education: Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or Economics.
– Experience: 4th year student or Fresh graduated are welcome.
– Technical skills:
- Python or similar software: Ability to write scripts for data cleaning/scraping is highly valued.
- Excel/PowerPoint: Advanced proficiency
– Soft skills:
- High tolerance for routine: You don’t get bored easily; you get
- Emotional Maturity: Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced Buy-side
- Good command of English or Mandarin
